In Tier 4, we are not allowed to travel, but we can go to a local park to get exercise. A walk with your camera backpack is great exercise, and going early means there is hardly anybody about, perfect to do some landscape photography. The landscapes may not be breathtaking, but if you try, you can see the beauty in everything.
